Features
1. The additional hard alloy tooth row on the back taper and gauge
can prevent the diameter of the drill from wearing;
2. The combination of six-point bit stabilization system, surfacing
welding and cemented carbide teeth provides reliable bit wear
protection when drilling under hard physical and geological
conditions;
4. Carbide teeth and their coordinated arrangement provide high ROP
rate and cutting structure life;
5. Optimized hydraulic system distributes hydraulic power through
perfect cutting structure cleaning and effective removal of
cuttings to increase ROP.
Used in
Tri-cone bit is a decelerating bit. It is based on the fact that
the speed of the cone is less than the speed of the bit. It is
suitable for sidetracking of old wells and deepening of small
boreholes under high speed and high drilling pressure.
