TCI Tricone Bit / Roller Cone Bit / Rock Bit For Drilling
Advantages

Bearing Structure
High precision journal bearing. Balls lock the cone.Hardface heard
bearing surface. Cone bearing inlaid with friction-reducing alloy.
Abrasion resistance and seizure resistance of the bearing are
improved. Compared with three cone bit, the leg bearing is bigger,
so it can receive higher WOB and high reliability.

Used in
Tri-cone bit is a decelerating bit. It is based on the fact that
the speed of the cone is less than the speed of the bit. It is
suitable for sidetracking of old wells and deepening of small
boreholes under high speed and high drilling pressure.
Features
Through the special structure of the cone, equal wear on the
permanent contact area and alternating contact area of the drill
bit is achieved.
By setting the PDC tool in the permanent contact area of the cone,
the wear resistance of the cutting structure is improved. The
permanent contact area of the cone is where the fastener wears
most.
By setting an active cutting cone ball gauge pressure block on the
head body, the drill bit has good protection performance and
improves its hole expanding ability.
